I don't really know any vegetarians and am curious if there are any here that live close to the cities. I am a resident of Burnsville.

Anyone have experience finding vegan food at the State Fair? The only things I can think of are fries and corn on the cob (if you ask them not to dunk it in the butter). I've heard rumors of vegan food at the Midtown Global Market but have never checked it out. Ideas?
