Hey everyone. I just moved to Fort Collins (from Boulder, so not too far away). What are your favorite veg. spots to eat/shop for groceries, etc? So far I have been to Taj Mahal, an Indian restaurant, and Sunflower, Vitamin Cottage, and Sprouts. Any recommendations?

Hey everyone. I recently heard that a Nepalese restaurant in Boulder called "Nepal Cuisine" serves an all-vegan buffet every Monday. Has anyone ever tried them? I am planning on going next Monday, and if this is true, perhaps it will be my new Nepalese/Indian food place to go.

I'll be going to Denver next month for about a week and aside from going to the butterfly pavilion, animal sanctuary, the zoo and botanic gardens (tell me about these as well) where else should I go? I'm starting to freak out, a little bit, about it. The school campus will beclosed, for that week. My bestfriend is due around the same time. 1 bedroom apartments are starting to be gobbled up for the convention. I'm starting to see more NO PARKING and other weird traffic things. Anyone else?!
