    Anyone doing Leslie Sansone's walk at home aerobics? I was doing this for a while and then I stopped...Trying to get into it again because it was working for me, and I like it that you can choose 1-5 miles and if you wanted to do the walk with weights, with a power band.

  6. What you eat before you work out

    Whenever i go to the gym, i do 7 minutes of jogging on the treadmil and then i lift weights for about 40 minutes afterward. By the time I'm done i feel over whelmed with a feeling of dizziness, I've been told it's because i dont eat before i exercise. What do you guys reccomend i eat before...

  8. Big Stomach?

    I've been a vegan for about five months now, a vegetarian at least four months before that, and although my weight has gone down a little bit I feel like my stomach is still abnormally large/"fat." It's the number one spot on my body that bothers me, and I just wish I could do something to slim it...

    Anyone else using the Wii Biggest Loser Program? On Mon, Wed, & Fri, I use the Wii Biggest Loser and on Tues, Thur, & Sat, I use the Wii Fit Plus Yoga and Balance routines for 30 minutes a workout. I rest on Sundays. :) So far, with diet and workouts, I've lost 22 pounds!

    Hello, Last year I got back into running for the first time in about 5 years. When I was running before I was not a vegetarian and now I find it very difficult to find lean protein sources other than soy. Maybe I shouldn't be concerned about carb intake but I find myself not losing the weight...

    I've been having a weird problem. It's not always, but more than once lately. I take taekwondo and I do boxercing classes. Sometimes, the classes are pretty intense. I can do them, actually, I do them pretty durn well for someone my age (42)..lol But, I do get fatigued, very fatigued. ...
