I would never have said this before I started working out 2 years ago, but now it has to be my upper arms.

I would have to say my upper arms as well. I've always had good upper arm strength since I was little - My mother told me when I went to gymnastic class (I was around 5), I would be twisting over the bars while other kids needed the teacher to help them over. She also told me when I was a baby that I would hang off of doorknobs.

I love my back! It has nice sexy muscle now.

I also like my arms when I flex and see a little muscle. :)

I must say, I'm a bit concieded when it comes to my legs. They're pretty long in proportion to the rest of me and lean 'runner's legs'...probably because I was a runner in High School.

I mean really tho, check out 'dem gams!! :trick:

Calves and thighs. I've always had good strong legs. Unfortunately the pear-shaped body further up could really use some help. :-/

I have really nice arms, but if I can make anybody shocked, it's my soccer-shaped calves. They bulge out incredibly but that's the way they are =]

Calves.

Long distance touring on a bicycle gives awesome calves.

I'm most proud of my gallbladder. It feels so smooth and warm in my hand, and it's elegantly small. Several women have complimented me on how sexy it is.

my ears, i guess, but since even they aren't so great, i guess i'm not too proud of any. i didn't realize it until i tried to find one i liked and the list was so short!

My shoulders. Yoga has made them strong and defined. They looked good in my strapless wedding dress. :)

I like my eyes the most, a touch of curiosity with a hint of sadness.....but if you mean in terms of body parts being actively worked on I would have to say my upper back..good strong back..good for lifting bales of hay.

My stomach. Any weight I gain goes to my arms/thighs. Even though I'm fit, my stomach is the smallest, most toned part of my body :).

My arms/thighs/hips are another story...

I could have answered this if you asked me 30 years ago.... but since I'll be turning 57 next month, my body parts have pretty much failed me...as has my brain.
So I'll go with my heart...I got me lots of that! :)

My feet. My toes decine in size evenly from big toe to my pinky toe! For my height. 5'10, they are not on the big side either. I wear a 7 1/2 or an 8 depending on style, im so happy about that! I cant stand feet in general though, I hate when peoples feet touch me! Kinda wierd I know!
