I'm putting together a Vegetarian Day @ Your Libary event and I'm seeking speakers, anyone have some local suggestions?

Hmm, I can't think of anyone by name to talk, but I would track down someone from People's Market in OB. They have a lot of board members and I'm sure they have an expert or two who could talk about environmental impact or a nutritionist of some sort. This sounds like a good event! Good Luck!

I went to the one held in Spring Valley, thanks for putting this together, I decided to become a vegetarian after attending this food fair
