Let me just start off by saying this was the greatest experience I have ever had in a restaurant. We walked in the front door, and were checking out a menu when the manager asked if there was anything specific we were looking for. I asked what they had available for vegetarian dishes. He proceeded to tell me what he knew off the top of his head, and added all their sauces use vegetable stock. So we decided to stay, and went and sat down. Amazingly, while we were looking to decide what we wanted, he came back over. He had checked to find out what things they had that were vegetarian, and even told me the things I could alter to make them vegetarian. We had a white pizza, and I had a Thai Salad minus the chicken. I think that was the best lunch I have ever had in my life. This was the Atlas Park Queens location.

Heh, just found out they have a great guide for veg*n's. http://www.cpk.com/menu/pdfs/vegetarian-gluten.pdf

OMG I love CPK  They'll make a vegan pizza for you if you ask politely and have an amazing knowledge of what is vegan and what is in their pizzas. I'd never been until a few weeks ago and I'm in love.

Though from that link you posts I saw this and am disappointed but not surprised:

There are other vegetarians who will eat fish and poultry, but not
other animal meats.
At least they try and make recomendations and are very accomodating. I've never gotten a snide comment.
