Kickboxing is a blast. That is one of my favorite ways to work out.
When I workout.
Good luck on your training.

Wow, what great progress. Looks like you are working out hard.
I need to get my butt back in gear. I have a treadmill, weights, and tons of workout dvd's/videos. I can't afford a gym membership now, but that's okay.

The last hair cut I recieved was a balding from my son, before he left for Iraq. (he has since returned Stateside). I told him he can cut my ponytail off when he gets out. I grew a beard that I never cut, for the 11 months of the 15 months he was there, which I started when he cut my hair, and shaved it when he return home.

Aah, that is very sweet. Never mind. I never knew you had a child that served in Iraq.:)
Keep up the good work!

SHORT STORY
Other day went to Eye Doctor.
Part of exam is to look inside the back of your eye at the blood vessles and such.
Nice Doctor (her), was into Holistics. Ate quite healthy, and I was planting my Vegan Seeds. Had a great talk.
Well anyway she tells me before this part of the exam, that she can often tell how sick or well a person is by the way the back of the eye looks. She says you can tell if people have diabetes or high blood presure, and things. So anyway after the exam she says to me that I have the eyes of a 30 year old. I had to laugh, but then of course I started thinking:
I'm 55 and almost 3 years ago I was an omni with a cholesterol rating of 242. One can't help knowing that almost 3 years a Vegan has saved me from much of that, and has probably been, a fountain of rejuvination of a sorts.
What is even more interesting is I know this, in my being, to be true.
Ok! so now on to pumping some iron, and bustin a gut!
Thank you for reading.
Wish You The Best!

I think I'd die if I tried to exercise that much. But I love doing cardio kick boxing in the living room and will be doing yoga soon. Keep it up! Your doing a great job. :)
The short story was interesting. My eye doctor would be like "Man your sooo blind and your only 19." But I'm glad your health has improved, and that such a change is driving you further and further. :)
