I dont have one, but one of my friends used to and we would jump on it for hours,
It will make you butt hurt the next day if you do it too long, and you leg muscles. It is a great work out. And fun!!!

I bought one awhile ago and think I used it once. Maybe I'll drag it out again...

I use to be a competitive trampolinist. I was in killer shape when I was training. It does take a lot of strength and endurance to bounce... But are you talking about a little mini rebounder or a full size backyard tramp?
(I actually hate the little ones, they're like a tease).

Mine is just the little rebounder but my good friend has a full size backyard one.

I hate the small ones, too.
I've been hoping to get a full size trampoline since we moved into this house, since there's plenty of room in the garden.
I used to belong to a trampolining club, and entered a couple of competitions. I'd actually love to get back into it.

I broke three of those, and kept having to rebuy them for my kids. The spring metal would just break in time. Standing in front of the TV, and you get like the energizer bunny after a while.

I've got one! I haven't used it in ages though. I'd get really into it and try to flip in the air or do random stretching/dance movements.
I should use it more often. :D

I used to have one and it was a fun workout! Mine broke and I didn't replace it because I found it was getting hard on my knees. I used to switch it up a lot, jumping jacks, side to side jumps and jumping while kinda twisting slightly side to side (worked the abs).

I recently got a mini-trampoline. It has bands to work your arms and stuff too. The workouts are totally kicking my butt! I had been using my elliptical and lifting weights...so it'll take me a while to work up to the higher intensity of a trampoline.
