Custom Vegan Shoes

Hi,
I have always had a shoe problem because I have TINY feet. I can never find shoes that fit. (More specifically vegan boots.) I am currently looking for a vegan shoe company (or a company?) that makes custom shoes.

More specifically vegan boots that can be worn in the snow. I typically wear size 3 or 4 (American sizes.)

I also need some other shoes (as I have only two pairs) so any shoe companies would be fantastic.

I will be reading the other thread about shoe companies (on this board.) So you don't have to repeat yourself if you have anything from that--but anything about vegan (preferably fair trade) would be wonderful!

Great! Thanks. I want to buy a pair that I can use forever (since my feet are probably done growing) and just resole them when I need...so if it is a bit of an investment that is okay.
