I am currently 130 pounds. I should be about 100 to 105 with my height and age. I was wondering if anyone had any idea's to get tone by Spring?

If I'm calculating it right, you're going for about 20% reduction in body weight in only a few months? That doesn't sound like a realistic goal to me. If you lost a pound a week it would take about 7 months (!).

What works for me:
Tons of cardio (ideally about 4 hours a week)
Reducing junk and portion sizes
Weight training several times a week

muscle burns fat ... weight train 3x a week. If you want lean muscles then do body weights. Yoga is great way to trim up. When you add muscle though , it weighs more then fat.
I am a MMA fighter, no body fat but weigh 138. I am also a size 6. I gave up the scale and work out for my sport and to feel good.

PM me if you need some more advice.

How tall are you? How did you figure out what your healthy weight should be?

Getting tone and losing weight are two different isses. I find that a combination of aerobic exercise (usually walking or elliptical for me) and yoga/pilates works to keep me fit. You'll also have to address your diet in order to lose weight.
