Chicago - Guitar Shop Recommendations?

I'll be in Chicago for a week over Christmas, and would love to be able to spend an afternoon/day wandering round one, or a few really cool guitar shops. I have a particular weakness for Hamer Guitars (not sure about how I feel since the Fender buyout), and weird and wonderful American oddities - the sort that Jack White (White Stripes) champions. Any recommendations?
