How long does everyone workout a day. I probably do about 20-40 minutes of actually working out, about run every 2-3 times a week, and do about 10-20 minutes of Yoga/stretching a day. Just started this December 1st though:)

I try to work out for 45-60 minutes 6 days. I usually jog, but also do some sculpting and the elliptical machines. I also try to get in yoga a couple of times each week, but I don't really consider that exercise - I consider it mental health.

30-90 mins. depends on temp outside and whether i have to do weights or not. i workout with weights 3x/week plus on those days 30-60 mins of cardio. on not weight lifting days i do 30-90 mins of cardio. i do cardio ( fast walk) outside if temp. permits otherwise i am in the gym!

Not very long at all - I just like to keep a basic level of fitness, I'm not interested in being an athelete.
I do half an hour on the treddie every day and add in a quick weight routine every other day. All up, it's no more than an hour each day.

I like to go to the gym 4 times a week. I do 40-50 minutes of cardio (ellipitical, bike, stairclimber)then alternate upper and lower body weight training, and finishing with 10 minutes of abs.

sometimes i train twice a day but rarely do runs, weights, circuits and boxing exceed an hour. Once a week i box for about 2.5 hours though.

Just one hour for weights since i'm genetically gifted, rapid results.
for running or cardio around 30 mins, one hour if it's summer.

Hmmm...since I had my baby I walk an hour and a half a day. And lift seven and a half kilos quite a lot throughout the day :D. It's a lot more fun than the gym.

I try and go to the gym for an aerobics class (alternate cardio with weights classes) on Monday through Friday. They are an hour long including 5 minutes of stretching.
If I can't go to a scheduled class then I will go for a run on the treadmill for 40 minutes instead.
I'm not particularly interested in building huge muscles... I find that if I'm generally fit then I maintain nice muscle tone and thats good enough for me.

I try to fit in exercise whenever I can because I'm not crazy about going to the gym. Walking fast, jogging, etc. I also try to get to yoga when I can.

If you don't consider yoga exercise, you're doin' it wrong!

hehe - yeah, yoga is definitely exercise. But it is so good for my whole body that I feel it's somehow on a different plane from "regular" exercise. And I tend to concentrate on deep stretching more than strength building. Put me in child's pose and go away.

 Sometimes I do some yoga at home just for the stretching. But when I go to class it's for a workout - they push you farther than you think you can go and it feels so good to just workout hard and then just relax for the final few minutes

If I'm being good, I'll do an hour of cardio (elliptical or stair climber) then about 45 minutes of weights. I alternate between upper/back and lower/abs. If I'm slacking or trying to squeeze in a workout before work its more like 30 minutes of each.

I try for 1 - 2 hours a day. Aerobics or weights first, followed by yoga.

30-45 minutes per day, only 3 to 5 days per week.
I'm hoping to up that toward 60 minutes per day, once I get in a little better shape. :)

Usually I train for about 3hrs a day. I have morning personal training, which is alternated strength training and yoga/pilates. Then Mid afternoon I ride my horse for about 30-40 min. Then in the evening I go for a run/walk, which usually lasts about an hour.
I am kinda a fitness freak though. I'm a competitive horseback rider, so I need to keep in tip top shape.

30-60 minutes a day of Hatha Yoga and when I can spare the extra time, 2.8 miles to walk around Green Lake (Seattle).

I do yoga on my own for about 30 minutes when I first wake up each morning. I take a one hour yoga or pilates class 4x/week. Other than that I walk in the city a lot (home from work is about 1.5 miles, the Whole Foods is 1 mile round trip plus I carry the groceries so that's like weights :) ) I'll jump on the elliptical if it's too cold/rainy to walk outside.
I'd love to start running. It's a little intimidating to get started though.

My formal 'workout' (i.e. 'I changed into workout clothes and now I am doing my workout') is 30 minutes. I have started doing it in the morning instead of the evening, and I just cannot get up any earlier. In addition though, I sometimes do a yoga video later, and I get in about half an hour of walking per day in the course of my commute.

Optimal for me...40 to 70 min of yoga 5 days a week. Run 3 times a week or bike (half hour) Swim twice a week. Weights 4 to 5 times a week for 40 min or so each session
I also like inline skating, longboarding, dirt bikes, mountain bikes, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, scuba, snow sports, mountain boarding, tree climbing
Of course I seldom get it all in. Too much damn cooking as well as the complex lives we have all built to rob our time.

My work and family life kind of restricts me. I run about 5 miles at lunchtime Mon, Wed & Fri and go to the company gym for 45 mins on a Tue & Thurs lunchtime. Ideally Saturday is a longer run (10 miles at the moment, hoping to build up) and I'm really into hillwalking but struggle to get the time at the weekends.
I change jobs quite a lot so this varies wildly - sometimes I might work somewhere where I can cycle to work which is another good workout.

I try and do 30-90 minutes of yoga daily. Less if it's intense, more if it's on the relaxing just-stretching side. I'm a beginner with the yoga, really like it, and still find it really challenging. I do what I can, follow my body, and eat well. I LOVE the results. :)
