Has anyone tried the Thrive Diet? I just started swimming 4-5 times a week because I joined a swimming team. However, the last time I was in a swimming team I wasn't vegan so now that I'm working out so much and I'm vegan, I'm getting very hungry and I don't know if I'm eating properly. I heard that the Thrive Diet is a special Vegan diet for athletes so I'm thinking about trying it. Has anyone tried it? or does anyone know how a vegan swimmer should eat? please let me know!

I get the feeling that, with exercise, I'm not meeting my nutritional requirements. I feel like I could eat all day, but I'm not super hungry either. Its weird. So I'm curious about this Thrive diet too.

i dont know much about the thrive diet but its alkaline. i drink Vega and its from the thrive diet i think.
when i was sk8n 4 or more hours a day i would eat bananas before i sk8ed and during, fruits w/out skin, and electrolyte drinks if it was hot. afterwards i would eat fruit or dried fruit immediately to replace the carbs and some nuts/seeds for protein or a protein shake. u need fast carbs and some protein afterwards. besides that just a healthy diet. i find i need more protein if i work out hard and carbs. the nuts seeds satisfy that bottomless pit feeling for me.
