Canine Freestyle and Dog Agility?

Does anyone do Canine Freestyle and or Dog Agility? Pheobie and I do a bit of Agility on the side but mostly Canine Freestyle.

I did agility with one of my dogs up until very recently, until the facility had to close down. It's a great activity to do with your dog. It exercises their body and mind, and improves the bond between you and the dog. My dog loved it so much she used to drag me into the building when it was time for class! I'm not too knowledgable on freestyle though.
