Favorite way to cook a tofurky is ....

I see a lot of recipes on how to cook a tofurky for Thanksgiving and they all look delicious. This will be my first time cooking it and I am not sure if I want to cook it in an oven or in a slow cooker. Since I am the only vegetarian in the family, this wonderful dinner is just going to be for me. I know its only a week away but my mind is boggled with all of these ideas. :confused:

I want to know what is your favorite way or easiest way of cooking a tofurky or field roast? And what spices do you use? :help:

I cook it in the oven as per the instructions on the box, and it's yummy!
