Yes! Oils are awesome for skin! Not made by questionable companies with questionable content:deal:
Personally I use a mixture of Rosehip Oil and Jojoba oil on my face. It's never looked better :baby: Rosehip is supposed to be the best for natural anti-aging and Jojoba is great because its almost identical to sebum, so it moisturizes wonderfully.
For the rest of my body it's a mixture of Extra Virgin Coconut, Avocado, Flax, Olive and Almond oil.
Each oil has its own qualities, and depending on your skin you could love it or hate it.
For me I have stubborn blackheads and Rosehip helped a lot. And my body and hair love coconut.
Poke around on google and see what you come up with.
Don't be afraid to experiment!
Ooh yes one other thing! Here is a list of essential oils

What if my problem is mainly dry skin on legs and feet ?
What oil/lotion is best ?
In cold dry season, my skin on feet will crack, very troublesome and painful.
so i am looking for best solutions( internal/food and external/lotion)

Nice heavy oils work best, Olive Oil, Coconut, Castor oil.
Have some in the bathroom. Rub it in while you're still wet from a bath/shower and put some socks on. Tip a bit more in if you like:naughty:
I usually do this when my feet are dry.
