Cheap photo frames?

Does anyone know of a place, perferably a website, that sells cheap photoframes? My sister LOVES photo frames, and I want to get her some for christmas. I don't have a lot of money, though, so I want to be able to get more with what money I have. thanks! :)

Other than eBay I'm not sure. Seems like you should be able to find some really cheap at garage sales or flea markets.

If you are artistic at all buy some cheap ones 2nd hand from an op shop (2nd hand charity store) or a garage sale and paint or decorate them to your sister's tastes. Cheap AND personal!

Most dollar stores sell picture frames, and they aren't that bad. Like someone else mentioned, you could make her some frames! They sometimes sell unfinished wood frames at craft stores just for that purpose.
Department stores usually have a picture frame section, and you can usually get items on clearance. (Last one, not restocking etc)

There's a store in my hometown called Penelope's closet that sells cheap things to the women of the women and children's shelter, Penelope House

You might know of a store like that near you? It's like a garage sale all the time, the dishes and photo frame stuff are all probably a quarter
