I tried a Brownie Clif Bar and wow! It was so good! I did a search and did not see a thread on this already, so what is everyone's fave flavors?
Would like to see everyone's fave flavors since there are so many. The Brownie Bar sounded the best to me. Shannon
Oops, after I posted this thread popped up

So it sounds like Carrot Cake and Mint. I think they also make a Pumpkin one, I will keep my eye out for those flavors :) S.

Epski, I think it was you that said that the Carrot Cake ones were good, but overly sweet. I totally agree. I will pick up Lemon Poppyseed next time. Shannon

I like the chocolate brownie the absolute best, but in a pinch I'll get the new lemon poppyseed, or the cherry almond one.

That is correct. I have since discontinued eating Carrot Cake, though Mrs. Epski still likes them. Even she leans toward the new Toffee flavor, which is also pretty good.

Lemon Poppyseed is good, but overly lemony, at least to me. I also tried Cookies and Cream... It is okay. I haven't tried Peanut Toffee Buzz, but Mark has and he really likes it :) Shannon

I tried the Pumpkin Spice Clif today and was impressed ... :lick:  It was iced and they are seasonal so go get them! The people at the store all wanted it, I also picked up the Caramel Apple one, let you know how that one tastes tomorow. Shannon

I like the peanut butter ones. :)
Of course that is the only flavor I have tried, but it was good. :)

Caramel Apple was so good that I emailed Clifbar and asked them to make the "seasonal flavors" year "round :D Shannon

I like the Apple Cherry Cranberry one the best, Cookies n Cream is my second favorite. A while ago, they were on sale for $.89 each at Ralphs. I took advantage of that and bought nearly $100's worth of them.. hehe

I'm completely out now, and waiting for them to go on sale so I can stock up again. I go thru those things way too quick.

I agree but those MOJO bars that Clif makes are really good. They don't seem like a "bar" at all.

I used to like the chocolate chip one, but I haven't had one in a really long time. I can't eat a whole one, because they make my belly hurt. Are some flavors vegan?

I've been wanting to try those, but I can't find them anywhere!

Grrr... I ordered a box each of the almond fudge and the pumpkin pie spice from Amazon a month ago (free S/H over 25$ blah blah), and today, Grrr....they sent me a notice saying that they don't have them and had no way to obtain them from "ANY" source! WTF  The costco pak only has three mundane flavours and my HFS charges 1.79 for each, so I went online, but who knows.... :(

*going back to peter pan PB crackers, sigh....*

The Pumpkin Spice and Caramel Apple are seasonal. I have only seen them in a local grocer, Ukrops. I looked on some of the other websites and ebay and I did not see them. I did see the Chocolate Spice and the Orange Chocolate that I have not tried and they have Mocha Clif Shots. If I find them I will post a review for you. Chef Deb has recipes for Clif Bars and Luna Bars and I can post a link for you if you want to try making them for yourself..... My Costco does not carry Clifs or Lunas :( and the HFS is expensive. Check Kroger if you have one near you.

Kroger's had the CLIF bars on sale for 99 cents.... I hope that's a good price, because I loaded up!

Are all the flavors vegan? I got the chocolate chip, carrot cake, peanut butter something, and toffee something?

.99 sure beats the $1.49 that my local co-op sells them for! And all clif bars are vegan.

I tried the Cool Mint Chocolate and it is so good! If you can get it, you MUST try it! :lick:

Peanut Toffee Buzz is so good! I just tried it, it is a little sweet but I think this is one of my new favorites. I even wrote Clif Bar and told them I really liked it :) I have tried the apple cherry and that one is pretty good but my favorites are:

Cool Mint Chocolate
Apple Caramel Cobbler
Almond Chocolate Fudge
Carrot Cake (really sweet, though)
Peanut Toffee Buzz
Pumpkin Pie Spice

Orange Chocolate Chill is okay.

Shannon

PS The recipes that Deb has for the Clif Bars are really good and if you can't find them, try the recipes. It is cheaper to make them and the Cool Mint Chocolate Clones are better than the real thing in my opinion and as I said, the magic word "cheap". Every time they are on sale for $.99, it is at some random Food Lion that has no good flavors :(

Hello, I just wanted to let you know that Wal*mart now carries Clif Bars and has started carrying more Luna Bars. They even have my favorite flavor, Peanut Toffee Buzz and I am buying an entire box after Xmas, they are $.96 for the Clifs here.
