I go to Worcester about once a year to meet up with friends. We love Sahara Cafe, a Lebanese restaurant with lots of vegetarian selections.

I always get the warm appetizer meal in which I order a combination of hummus, vegetarian grape leaves, fool moudamas (http://www.lebaneserecipes.com/FoolMoudamas.htm), falafel, or tabouleh (http://www.lebaneserecipes.com/Tabouleh.htm). It's awesome!
