Personal reviews and success/failure stories will be appreciated!

I know it may not taste like the real thing, but what is the texture like? I want to make a mac and cheese casserole. Does it melt?

What else is it good with?

I use it in lasagna and on pizza. I find it tastes like cottage cheese....kinda salty, but ultimately I was really surprised. It's a little pricey, so i usually only buy it when I'm making a big dish. It melts ok, but different than cheese. When it's on pizza, it stays kinda crusty on the outside and then the inside is like cream cheese to me. Overall though, I like it once in awhile.

It was okay...it melted okay....but I didnt care for the taste of it at all...just tasted strange to me.

I find it's like eating a cold, wet, salty, sponge.
