world vegan day is on again in melbourne on sunday october 26th. it starts at 10am and it usually finishes about 4pm. its moved to a new location this year at the convent which is situated at 1, st heliers street, abbotsford which should be interesting.
theres lots of stuff to take a squiz at like food, clothing, cosmetics, free samples and/or stuff you can buy.<<<< i recommend getting there early for those tho!! in previous years all the major popular restaurants have had food stalls there too like soul mama, lentil as anything etc, so im guessing it will be much the same this year. they have cooking workshops and stuff like that you can go to, and they have music there as well which is a bit folksy for my taste but hey, i dont go there for that, its the food and the atmosphere that i like to check out really
entry is free too which is good news for any of you that are impoverished students or if youre on the dole http://ganjataz.com/01smileys/images/smileys/OdBall-thatworks2.gif
its pretty easy to get to by car, tram, bus or bike, directions are contained in the link below.
if i can get there early enough this year i might see some of you there. im kind of hard to miss, big tall dude, ill probably be wearing a t shirt with "psyhead" written on it and i usually have a pair of headphones permanently attached to my neck. come up and say hi if you see me, i promise i only bite gently!! http://img221.imageshack.us/img221/2259/biggrinzy0.gif
