Ugh. I can't get the PDF to open but I assume this is where they collect hazardous materials from your home. Mandy and I went to one of these in central Illinois and we sat in a line of cars for 3 hours (not to mention the 45 minutes we had to drive each way to get there). So be prepared for quite a turnout. I kept thinking all the good that's being done by collecting hazardous waste is probably being undone by all of those cars idling for 3 hours. :-/

I didn't stop to think about the long lines. As you said, it's a good thing, save for the idling cars. It would be a bit of a pain in the patooty to wait that long (I sit in Chicago traffic, so I should be used to it, right?), but it would be worth it.
