I bought this at Larry's Market today (on the bottom of the sticker it says "The Lime Green Grocer, Seattle Washington"). They had a whole row of different ones, but only two were vegan and one of them I didn't want.
It tastes HEAVENLY.
Here's the ingredients(sorry, don't know where the commas go because it was all below each other): brown rice, peanut sauce (peanuts, coconut milk, hot chili paste, turbinado vegetable oil, garlic, onion, salt, lemon grass, tamarind, chili and spices), cilantro, carrots, green onion, red bell pepper, olive oil, tortilla (whole wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, baking powder, salt).
I ate it cold and it was so good, especially because it's incredibly hot here right now, I'm melting.
Has anyone else ever had this?
