Is there any way to delete my account? I had a bit of a tiff with a friend, who just so happens to know the password for my email, which means she knows my passowrds for everything. . . She's already destroyed my Myspace and my account on another forum, so I'm deleting accounts before she gets to them. But I can't quite figure out how to do it here. Help?

For me, deleting the accounts is really just the easiest thing.

Perhaps the OP just wants their account deleted and needed a convenient excuse. The password thing is just a bit odd. If they delete the account and setup a new one there's still the incredible mind-reading password-stealer to consider. Unless the OP is simply never going to use the internet ever again???

yes, op, if you are ever planning to use the internet again, you need to take control of your accounts. once you change the password, and assuming you don't tell anyone what your password is this time, if you find someone hacking in, you should REPORT it. myspace, veggieboards, wherever. why close all your accounts instead of taking them back as your own? it doesn't make sense...
