Well, I Work out at the gym 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), And everyday i don't plan on what I'm gonna work on. I just walk in and start working out on whatever open.

So basically, Does anyone have a good 3 day work out schedule thing that i can use?

depends what your trying to accomplish, I'd say:
1st day: bicep/back
2nd: legs/shoulders
3rd: chest/ triceps
light cardio before workout everyday
abs after workout everyday

What's your goal?

You want to isolate certain muscle groups and only work those muscles on certain days. I work arms/shoulders one day, then chest/back another day, then take one day off. I try to work my abs every time I go to the gym as well.
