I'm not sure but when I was looking up Pods Twix ingredients (http://www.eatingsafe.com.au/products/5476-Mars-Pods-Twix), I was taken to this website:

Thought it might come in handy for searching for things such as lactose/gelling agents. Apparently you need to register for it though.
