I am having horrible recurrent mouth ulcers. Anyone know if it could be a vitamin deficiency? I ask because it has only been since I went veggie. I do eat eggs and milk, but only if they are in things (like I am not a huge fan of just eggs or just milk). I do eat a lot of acidic foods like tomatoes and pineapple and have a stomach ulcer which I take Protonix for.
Any ideas or similar experiences? And, if so, how did you fix it?

You could try taking 500mg L-Lysine twice a day. It's an amino acid that can help with that sort of thing.

Mouth ulcers can also indicate different diseases - not trying to scare you, but if you have any other symptoms of sorts, I would see your doctor.

I'm not sure it helps but I get mouth ulcers when I work continued long hours with sleep deprivation and when I work long hours in a respirator or mask, the second one is a no brainer, masks push the inside of my mouth against my teeth and over 10 hours or the agrivation starts an ulcer.
I just bear with them, painfull but in my case they go through the cycle and go away within 5 or 6 days.

I'm heading to the doctor today because it hurts really bad to eat or talk... two of my favorite things. I'm sure things will turn out fine, but thanks for the advice. Regardless I am going to pick up some L-Lysine today.
