Any Vegetarian Nutritionists/Dieticians?

I need to do an interview on one, but I'm having difficulties getting a hold of one. No one has called me back or even e-mailed me, and this vegetarian article is due Tuesday.

But here are some questions:

1) How much protein is in vegetables?
2) How many vegetables do vegetarians have to eat to make up for protein?
3) It is said that vegetarians get just enough protein while non-vegetarians receive too much. Is this true?

Those are *odd* questions. Answers to all of them (in one way or another) are available online or in any good nutrition book.

There is at least one RD here and a few nutritionists as well, but they aren't in Georgia.
