I haven't tried the veggie slices. The shreds I tried but it was on mistake since they contain casien. Otherwise they were very good.

I like the cheddar and swiss flavors, but haven't tried the others. I use them on sandwiches, mostly. They even work for cheese toast.

I swear I got some of the cheddar slices last time I went shopping.. but I think my bf traded them in for his real cheese slices because that's all I found when I unpacked the groceries.
I'll let you know what I think of them whenever I finally try them berrykat.. I have been wondering how good they are as well.

I had them when I was l-o. They're pretty good, but sometimes they have a weird texture - I've only had American and Cheddar flavors.

I bought the cheddar flavour once and I found the texture to be rather odd. The slices were rather firm and crumbly and the taste was awful. I have yet to find any decent vegan cheese.

I've not found any to be good but then again I'm a bit of a self-admitted cheese snob. For the most part, they just appear to be reaching up to the minimum bar of the pasturized processed "cheese slices." Anybody can do Velveta. The trick is doing a Stilton, Parmaseano Regiono, or an herbed Chevre.

Hmmm. The cheddar slices I buy are soft. If they were crumbly, I'd be worried!
