My best friend and I love to call companies that we like, and compliment them! Chances are, they'll ask for your address so that they can send you coupons. The words "dedicated consumer" are very key to immediate coupon sendage. And, of course, if they are stubborn and don't offer to send coupons, don't feel bad asking if they send them. They could say yes, of course! Or, sometimes they say that they don't offer them. Thats okay, move on to the next company! Those numbers put on the backs of labels saying "Questions, comments?" aren't there for nothing! If a product doesn't have a number, go to their website and chances are you can find it, or else e-mail them! Hope this helps!

They change frequently and often have vegan/vegetarian product coupons. I see today they have some hummus coupons I might take advantage of.
