OK, this stuff is addictive. I have been eating it straight from the package, sliced into strips. It's just that good. It's very dense and does not taste like tofu. Confusingly, it also doesn't really taste like Teriyaki. Maybe resembles Teriyaki a little, but it really has its own taste. It has a unique flavor, bold, delicious, and I don't that that it can be duplicated easily.

Don't try it if you don't want to become addicted, like I have.

I've seen it in all the health food stores.

Trader Joe's has their own brand which I like a little better.

I like to throw some into salads for the protein, when all I want for a meal is a great big salad with 5,000 things in it.

Wild Wood does has some very yummy products and that sounds good. I love dense tofu. I had some smoked tofu once that reminded me of smoked Gouda cheese; you could eat straight from the package.
