I've been eating this product available in Coles and Woolworths and stuff. It was freaking delicious. Best tofu I've ever had.
But now it's gone! :-/

It was in a white and red packet and inside that packet was a vacuum packed packet. They were like tofu cubes marinaded in a sauce. I haven't been able to find it for ages.

Anyway does anyone know what I'm talking about? Where can I find them?

Hmmm..... umm..... was that tofu in thai sauce?

Simply Better Tofu Bites Honey Soy & Garlic? Blue Lotus Tofu nuggets? they were a favourite of mine too until my local coles stopped stocking them. ive noticed that coles seem to like to randomly remove certain products whenever they feel like it. its pretty annoying.

Just google Coles and your suburb and it'll give you a phone number, you can ring them and ask about where to direct customer complaints.

There is an email contact, but it's national so I don't know whether it would be much use to write there.

What's the go with them [coles]... I found awesome vegie patty's once at the store around the corner, and never again. My friend in Melbourne works for them and I am forever telling her about this awesome tofu I eat straight friom the fridge [It's got vegies in it, I have cravings.] but she's never seen it and often tofu is no longer available from her store. Poor thing. She was so motivated. Even accidentally went vegetarian for a month because she fell so hard for the stuff. Quite the love story.

I'm glad you figured out what type it was!! I'm a sucker for Thai satay tofu. Partly for the taste, partly due to my own laziness in the kitchen.

Coles Penrith had the Dutch vegan biscuits... they had vanilla creme in the middle. It was amazing. :drool:

The last time my mum & I went shopping, I couldn't find them no more. It sucks. :( :( lol
