Hey folks I'm 27 and I've been a vegetarian for (Lacto- Ovo) for 12 years now, and I've really noticed a decrease in strenth, I have been putting on weight though the years, and I don't work out as steady as I used to but I don't understand why I have just a rapid loss of strenth, maybe its the way I have been training but does anyone else seem to feel like they need to work twice as hard for the same results at the gym, I hope this isnt a repost, thanks for your help!!

So you've noticed a decrease in strength since becoming veggie...or is this nothing directly to with vegetarianism but you're jst wondering why you've lost strength?

Whats ur diet and workout plan like?
