15 Minute Stir Fry

This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet


Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 1


Ingredients:

-Ramen noodles
-Soy sauce
-Frozen mixed veggies
-Seasonings (to taste, i used some ginger and red pepper flakes)


Instructions:

Cook the mixed veggies in boiling water for three to five minutes. They should still be slightly crunchy. Boil the ramen noodles for a minute and a half. Toss it all into a skillet along with some soy sauce and seasonings and stir fry it to desired temperature for an easy lunch on the go.
