phoenix, I think the Coop has a vegan variety, but I'm not sure. Their stuff is well labeled though, so it'd just take a minute to find out. :) Our local hfs has several varieties as well, including a Tom's of Maine. Check out your local shop or a Holland and Barrett.

dont know about mouth wash but i use asda tooth paste i know thats veggie
