Hi all,

I'm a freelance travel writer planning to write a guide to eating vegetarian in various U.S. cities, starting with Chicago. As part of that, I'm looking for a few good restaurants in the Chicago area to (clandestinely) visit and review. Can anyone make some suggestions? The restaurants should fit the following criteria:

1. In Chicago and/or its (Cook County) suburbs.

2. Preferably all-veg. That said, if I can't find enough all-veg restaurants, I'd be willing to try non-veg restaurants with veg-friendly dishes.

3. The cheaper, the better.

Thanks in advance!

Use the search feature, you'll find plenty of threads about this very topic. Good luck

Let's see... a few that I know off the top of my head are:

Alice and Friends
Soul Vegetarian East & Eternity Juice Bar
A Natural Harvest (Deli and Juice Bar)

Like PlaybackGuru said, the search function should help you find more restaurants.

Haven't been there yet but plan to go soon.
