This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet
Preparation Time: 50-60 minutes
Serves: 12
Ingredients:

100g "Divine" 70% dark chocolate
150g Vegan Margarine (I use "Pure")
150g Self-Raising Flour (Gluten-Free Flour can be substituted)
2 Bananas, mushed
Additional: vegan chocolate chips, nuts - walnuts, cashews etc.
Instructions:

1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius, and line a baking tin with greaseproof paper.
2. Heat a saucepan with water, till it bubbles, and put a small pot over it.
3. Melt the margerine, and then add the chocolate, melting them together.
4. In a seperate bowl put the mushed banana, adding the flour through a seive.
5. Add the melted chocolate and margerine and mix together until there's a smooth consistancy.
6. Add additional nuts or chocolate chips and mix in.
7. Put the mix in the lined tin and bake in the oven for 30-40 mins.
8. Cut into squares and allow to cool for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
