sorry if Too Much Info.......

I was having some difficulty with regualr erections but the removal of meat 2 years ago cleared that up- too well in fact. I am like a 17 year old again (UP at some wrong times, "in line at the bank :whip::dizzy:)

The situation is that when I achieve orgasm, my ejaculation is diminished or non-existent.

My doc is not very helpful. Since it still feels the same for me when I climax just not "firing".....

ANy ideas , herbals or foods.:wall:

Are you on any medication? (i.e. depression meds etc.)

I really have no idea, but I'd consider seeing a different doctor about it. I'd think that could be a sign of a problem.

Hydration, hydration! For us guys, problems down there are usually the #1 indicator of health problems. (Mental and physical) Could you give an example of what your diet is like? (Including water intake, and by that I don't mean the water content of soda, or juice or something!)

The fact that you're seeing an increase in responsiveness and ability is great, and honestly that is the most important part. As far as amount of ejaculate, if it's not a matter of dehydration, it's hard to say. We have what's called a refractory period, for some men it's 2 minutes, for others its 24 hours. This is the time in which testosterone and semen levels are brought back up to normal.

See what happens if you abstain for a day or two, drink a lot of water (2.2 liters or 9.5 cups a day minimum), eat well and exercise. Even in that short time you may notice a significant difference. Best of luck!
