I lived in Eugene for a short time in 2006 -- I'm vegan now and when I go back I like to visit one of the cafes near downtown. The name is escaping me, but they have amazing breakfasts on the weekend. Just thinking about it makes me want it to be morning. What part of town are you living in?

Probably Morning Glory, around 4th & Willamette. They're only open for breakfast and lunch. Very good breakfasts and mostly vegan. There's also an asian place called Lotus Garden by the libary. It's run by a Taoist family, I think, and it's all vegan.
