Fasting with garlic? Ewwwwwwww....
I sometimes fast... but with juices or the Master Cleanse... I did never fasted with garlic.
I think you can add some garlic to your juices... that will enhance your blood pressure... however, the garlic has a strong taste, so make sure to not add too much,
Anyway, a lot of people is going to flame you... In this forum fasting is not welcome at all... So better do not speak about it too much  (I support fasting though, so if you have questions send me a PM)

I've never really fasted...but for what reasons would this forum be against fasting?

Who knows... I'm complete supportive to fasting and it's benefits (when done properly)
But some people are always complaining about other people with ED (Eating Disorders) and concerning about alternative curing methods, fasts and more... really a PITA...
Is not bannable though... so far nobody (including myself) has got banned due supporting fastings... but a 20 page worth thread will pop up for sure!
Lol@ This is my 777th post... Lucky number though.

Hey Percy,
Do you recommend fasting to somebody who is beginning with raw foods or is it more for somebody who has been eating healthy for a while? I'm not going 100%, but as much as possible right now. Some days I feel weak/exhausted in the morning (not because of the raw food I have always had this problem), and I think maybe cleaning out my system could be helpful. I probably have much residue from past bad habits (coffee, smoking, unhealthy foods, medication, other things...)
Could you recommend some source of information?

i have juiced with some garlic before and whew, it was so strong it hurt my stomach...was like a burning sensation. i had to lay down and drink water. i may have used too much, but i would image doing it on a complete empty stomach may not be too good. but then again i have a VERY sensitive stomach. i've had tummy issues since forever. i tend to carry my stress & emotions in my tummy and that eats away at my stomach lining, which is why i juice a lot of cabbage juice. it's supposed to be healing for tummies.

actually if i remember correctly, i had juiced a tomato that time too and tomato acid is rough on an already weakened stomach lining, so my reaction may have been due to the combination of those 2 ingredients.

i think most people are okay with something like a juice fast. it was the master cleanse that lots of people have a problem with.

Just read it.
Regarding joining you... I would glad do it, it's time for another fast :bobo: and it will be juices... however, on July the 8th I will fly internationally... so I won't be able to finish it. I won't return until the 23rd.
How about on August, the first?
Legeriti... I've been the whole day working as crazy (due my travel, I have do overwork now -self employment lol-) And even my mighty raw glow is now shut down.... need to recover... so tomorrow I will give you a response you deserve :) (Basically, yes, you can... but with some small guidelines)
