I have a free 3 day 2 night hotel stay from Odenza marketing group. I wanted to know if anyone has used one of there hotel stays and it is real?

let me guess... did you get a call telling you you won this? do you have to go somewhere to get your tickets? i bet they'll pressure sell you into a timeshare and you have to buy loads of crap.

if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Well my husband an I had to go to a place and listen to a guy tell us about cookware. We didn't buy anything( good thing not to have any money when you go to those things). It says we have to pay $50 bucks but once we get back from the hotel say we can get it back. But i'm a bit nervous using it. I really want to go on vacation but IDk.. .thats why I'm asking.

sounds like your everyday scam type stuff. you gotta buy this before you can get that.

Sounds like a standard low-cost travel cert usually offered to get people to come in to a timeshare tour. The $50 (usually $20) helps ensure that you'll commit to staying at the hotel, and if you don't, it helps recoup the cost of reserving the room for a no-show.

In general, things actually worth buying don't come with 'free' vacations as an incentive.

You should watch the Southpark episode on timeshares. I have never been on one, but I can TOTALLY see everything from that episode coming true. I think that Matt & Trey (the writers) must have been suckered in once.
