I saw a bunch of Nature Soy products at a local Korean market and tried the Vegetarian Chicken (gluten based). I cooked it up with a bunch of mushrooms (oyster, enoki and white), scallions, garlic and ginger with a soy sauce concoction and had it over soba noodles and it was awesome! The "chicken" pieces are small but tasty and the texture is good. And it's reasonably priced. $1.89 for an 8oz package. I went back to the store to buy some of the other products to try - vegetarian beef and marinated tofus. I expect they will be just as good.
