So I joined gym 3 weeks ago been going about 3 times a week and my period is late, but I'm definitely not pregnant??

I am normally regular, usually every 29-30 days today is day 32, I'm not too thin 5'5 138lbs.??

It's probably just a minor glitch or your body getting used to your new routine. If you're sure you're not pregnant, then I wouldn't worry about it just yet. Give it a week ro two and call your doctor.

It could be something else too... I noticed in the last year or so, my period started being late (two weeks late) on months when I had taken really long flights (e.g. a transatlantic flight). Weird... Also, sometimes stress level affects it as well. So all I'm saying is that it might not be connected to the gym, but still be something "normal".

yeah, 9 visits to the gym shouldn't throw your body off like that. Don't worry too much.
My period is now officially *glances at calendar* 3 weeks late. And if I'm preggers we can be sure that immaculate conception is not a myth. ATM I'm the exact same height/weight as you... (though I think at least some of it is due to bloating, blugh worst feeling evar.)
