I even bought some pork rinds for this atkins diet, but I can't bear to eat them...
I am slowing giving up on atkins, I have felt very sick on this diet...

At the risk of sounding like an easily offended chick, I must squeal ewwwwwwwww...What the hell does pork skin contribute to sugary cereal? Needless to say, I'll be scanning the ingredients label on cereal boxes more thoroughly now...Nothing is safe..constant vigilance, people.

The manufacturers aren't exactly going to tell you what they put IN what they list on the label...

What is someone has food allergies?

In other words, I wonder why it doesn't say gelatin, and then list what EXACTLY the gelatin is made of...

That's my whole problem with labels, all the hidden ingredients...

It's really wrong IMO that they can get away with that, but oh well...

I still eat meat, who am I to complain...

yeah, if people knew what they were munching on they'd be more suspicious! Sure, cow hooves...thats what everyone says. So general mills points out that its "just" pig skins. Yipes! And rinds makes it sound like a cantaloupe! I guess thats what we get when we ask for shelf stable foods, all theese wierd things that no one really knows what they are! welcome to industrialization, america..

I know some veggies dont like Clif bars business donation practices ( they give to a breast cancer research fund that "works" with animals) , but they make a good chocolate brownie bar thats also vegan. :)
