I live less than 2 hours from the border of NY at the St. Lawrence River. Are there any good health food stores in the cities in NY along the border (such as Ogdensburg or Massena, etc.)? I used to live in the U.S., but a lot of my favourite products can't be found in Canada, and I haven't had them for years! So I'm thinking of taking a trip to NY to stock up on some products at a health food store, but I don't want to go all the way there if there aren't any health food stores. (I've already looked for Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, but there aren't any in the area). So if anyone knows about this, please let me know!

I'm not sure how far you ar from Niagara Falls, but if you were to travel to Buffalo, Wegmans and Tops, along with this little organic place called Feel Rite have a lot of vegan/vegetarian food. Plus, if you travel a little more, somewhat towards the Amherst area, there's a Sam's club, which is great for bulk crap... if you're a member.

The Mustard Seed in Watertown is good. There is also a good store in Canton...Nature's Storehouse on 21 Main Street.
