Whenever I see nutritional yeast in the HFS, it's always $13 for a jar. I stand there shocked at the price.
I did a search on "bulk foods" when I was looking for nuts, and found this site that sells nutritional yeast for less than $9 per pound. A pound of nutritional yeast is A LOT of nutritional yeast!
bulk nutritional yeast (http://www.bulkfoods.com/search_results.asp?txtsearchParamTxt=nutritional+y east&txtsearchParamCat=ALL&btnSearch.x=0&btnSearch.y=0&txtsearchParamType=ALL&iLevel=1&txtsearchParamMan=ALL&txtsearchParamVen=ALL&txtFromSearch=fromSearch)
Have I said "nutritional yeast" enough in this post yet? If not... nutritional yeast.

yeah--i buy from bulkfood.com all the time. i usually buy 5lbs at a time of n.y. and buy gluten flour from there as well, as i use a ton of both. a good bulk site for sure.

It's somewhere in the $6-$7/lbs range here. I get 26% off on top of that as well... good thing.. I go through a lot of the stuff (and VWG, as smedley mentioned)

I hope there's no such thing as consuming too much nutritional yeast...I use a lot, every day!

there isnt--i have done the research and cross-referenced it with a bunch of other important studies that clearly show on a likert scale of 1-200 that you can never consume too much n.y.:lick:
