Hi, my question here is what would you do? I recycle, Right now the town I live in only takes, reg paper, newspaper, glass, and tin/cans. They recycled plastic last year, but stopped in January. My family, (brother, friend and me and b/f) used to drink a lot of bottled stuff but now we don't have that much cuz its just me and my b/f. The Plastic Recycling plant is 47.96 away (thank you to mapquest), I have about 2 bottles a day, as compared to at least 4 glass, and maybe 2-4 tins/cans a week. My thought is I can save enough of them, fill the back of my truck up with them, and go to Colo Springs and recycle them every 6-9 months so about once or twice a year make a big trip. Do you think this is a environmentally a good thing to do?
