I just had the Pad Thai with Tofu TV dinner from Whole Foods for the first time, and it was very good. It was spicier than I expected. For those who like spicy food, I'm sure it's not too spicy for you, but I rarely eat spicy stuff, so it was more than I'm used to. But I enjoyed it, and I'd certainly recommend it.

And it's vegan, or at least it claims to be on the packaging. Whole Foods is a company that I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt on veg*n labeling.

Yum I love pad thai! And I happen to be going to Whole Foods this weekend. It's 60 miles away so I rarely get to go. Is it in the frozen section?

Yes, it's a frozen TV dinner. I don't go to Whole Foods often, either, since it's about 30 miles. I tend to stock up on stuff that I can't get at the local supermarket, and I take TV dinners to work for lunch semi-regularly, so I try to buy a few whenever I'm in WF.

:surprised Are you going 60 miles out of your way for a grocery store? Or do you happen to be heading in that direction anyway?

We are going to hang out with my aunt who lives in Omaha and are going to stock up while we are there. No, I probably would not drive 60 miles just to go to a grocery store. I REALLY wish we had a Whole Foods here though. :(
