Beanpod Candles

Mmmmmm... Today I was at some store or another and they had a big wall of "beanpod candles" by "real soy" (beanpodcandle.com) While usually I wouldn't waste my money on candles--after smelling these, I just HAD to get one.. mmm.. belgian waffle, whipped cream, amaretto, SO many options and they were all divine. I really couldnt afford a big candle so I got a votive one, which had much less scents--I got "vanilla coffee"

I do not regret. ^___^

I used to work at a consignment type craft store (The Country Sampler Store) before it went out of business, and we sold these in addition to Root brand soy candles. I made it part of my job to go around and smell the candles daily. :)

My favorite scents are rose, macintosh apple, eucalyptus lavender, hot chocolate, peppermint, lilac, beach walk... there are so many though, it really IS hard to choose a single favorite.

They also have less soot (they say soy candles are soot free but I'm not sure how true that is).

Earthly, where did you end up seeing/buying your Beanpod candle? I still have a bunch from my days at the Sampler so I haven't even thought about where they might be sold.

i looked at the site and those sound really nice! :) Just a shame they don't seem to sell them over here. Oh well maybe next time i'm back home visiting my family in Canada, they do seem to sell them in Edmonton after all. :D

it was a small trinkets store, but i saw them at Hallmark too!

The site says there's lots of american retailers Tablaqueen--or are you further off than that? I also see them on some online order stores/ebay--though you'd reaaaly have to want them IMO to wpend quite so much on candles.

I'm burning mine right now... mmm... best indulgence ever... love it. Its almost 'tasty' but of course calorie-free. ;)

My favourite scents are all the creamy sort of ones, the ones I listed above really. I think these candles shall be my new addiction.
