Check out www.bostonveggie.com, for some great vegetarian friendly restaurants in the Boston area.
You can also try http://www.bostonvegan.org/. :)

I loved loved loved the second-story Vietnamese restaurant in Chinatown, as well as Veggie Planet and TJ Scallywaggles. I liked My Thai, too. The one I didn't like was Grasshopper.

I ate at Buddha's Delight a couple weeks ago. My lo mein was decent, but a bit greasy. Lots of fake meats, but the "steak" was really really good. The menu was like a book, so it was hard to choose, next time I think I'd be able to pick out something better.

I personally love the Grasshopper. Buddha's Delight is good, too.
I've been to Veggie Planet once, but that was a long time ago. I wasn't terribly impressed with the food or the service at the time. I think that's why I haven't made an effort to go back, even though it would be convenient since my husband works at Harvard.

Cool! I may be moving to Boston in the Fall. Glad to have found this.
Veggie Planet is da bomb. And TJ Scallywaggles, too. And the cool thing about TJS is that it's more than just a restaurant, it's like a veg*an clearinghouse. They're really cool.

Definitely another vote for Buddha's Delight and Veggie Planet.
Buddha's Delight was my favorite place we ate at.

I'm going to fly into Boston to give a talk at Hanscom. I wanted to try out Veggie Planet. For those in the area, is it possible to drive (and park) there? If not, how would you recommend navigating the city?
Thanks :)
